DETAILS: Participants compete by age categories.

The Long Course includes 1,500-meter swim, 24-mile bike ride, and 6.2-mile run. The Short Course includes 750-meter swim, 16-mile bike ride, and 3.1-mile run. North Coast Multisports Inc. is managing the event, which is governed in accor dance with the International Triathlon Union and in consideration of USA Triathlon.

DETAILS: Practice is open Sunday afternoon. Pool Play is scheduled Monday and Tuesday, with Tournament Play on Tuesday and Wednesday. Matches are played with six participants on the court at one time. Divisions include Women's and Men's/Mixed for Top Competitive AA, Competitive A, Advanced BB, Average B, Recreational C, and Master (40+). Preliminary matches include two sets to 25 points each or 45 minutes, whichever occurs first. Volleyball follows the rules of the Federation Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) and modified by the latest rules and regulations of USA Volleyball

Competition Regulations.
